Shipping & Delivery:

Domestic Shipping & Delivery:
All orders received before 10 AM are processed on the same day. Shipping process could take 2 to 3 business days depending upon the location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekend or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during the festive seasons; the shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional shipping days in transit for the delivery to arrive at your designated address.

Estimated Deliveries within the:
Metro Suburbs: 2 busienss days
Regional Suburbs: 3 to 5 business days

Express or VIP Services are available at request where possible, please contact us on info@gogreenworld.com.au

Shipping & Delivery to PO Boxes:
We do not ship to PO Box Address, you must provide physical address for the delivery

Damages:
If you find the goods are damaged, please do not accept and request the courier to return the goods.

International Shipping & Delivery:

We currently ship to USA, New Zealand and Other countries. We have existing clients who order large quantity to combine shipping charges. Please contact us to discuss shipping options for your country.

Refund & Exchanges:
Refund or exchange requests are only accepted within the 7 business days of your purchase. Due to the nature of the product, our products cannot be refunded or exchange after 7 business days.
If you change your mind due to the incorrect product or not suitable for your needs; we do offer refund or exchange within the 7 business days with the restocking fees of $10/box plus shipping charges.
If you need to refund due to the faulty products, please send us the photograph of the product along with the BOX photo showing the label/barcode on the box. Once we have received required information, we will direct you on how to refund the items and receive full refund of your money or exchange with another product. You must inform us within the 7 business days to refund faulty products. After the 7 business days unfortunately we are unable to fulfill your requests.
